You may request an extension before the end of the exam period for an exam for which you are registered. Select the Request Extension button to the right of the exam name and follow the instructions on the screen.
For a strong and compelling reason, you may request an exception before the end of the exam period for an exam for which you are registered. Select the Request Exception button to the right of the exam name and follow the instructions on the screen.
In most instances, you will be notified about the status of your request within a week.
